Istros Siver Drachm 400-350 B.C., custom mounted into a 14k yellow gold bezel with 14k white gold prongs pendant. Measures approximately 1 inch from the top of the bail to the bottom of the bezel, 3/4 inch across.

Obverse: Two male heads, one inverted, variously interpreted as the rising and setting sun, the “Dioscuri,” and the supposed tow branches of the Danube
Reverse: Dolphin being attacked by sea eagle
