Spanish silver cob "piece of eight" half Reales minted in Mexico City, Mexico during the reigns of Ferdinand VI (1746-1759) and Philip V (1700-1746).
Obverse: cross with lions and castles. Dated 1742 and 1747
Reverse: Spanish coat of arms.
Custom set into sterling silver bezel with 14k yellow gold prongs lever-back earrings. Measures approximately 1 1/2 inch from the top of the lever-back to the bottom of the bezel, 3/4 inch wide.
